Every interaction with Northside Lexus we have ever had has been excellent. The dealership as a whole seems designed to make coming in a pleasure, and that includes the sales staff, the finance staff, and has been excellent. Awesome dealership, very friendly, professional, and customer oriented. They go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. When a replacement part was not immediately available, they prov customer oriented. They go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. When a replacement part was not immediately available, they provided me a loaner car and when the service was completed, they drove my car to my work place and swapped cars; very, very nice touch!
