Needham Shotwell was very professional, very helpful, and made the entire car-buying process easy for my wife and I. He even gave us a tour of the service bay facilities. My first time at Northside Lexus was this past Saturday, 30 minutes before closing. Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He did not rush us and was very informative.
