We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. We quickly found a car we liked. He helped us with the military discount and walked us through the new technology in the car. Jeff (?, the finance guy) gave quick unbiased explanations for the various financing and warranty options. All in all a very positive experience. We are previous Lexus owners so were not surprised but were pleased it was still part of the brand. More

Joshua reached out to me, I came in he test drove w me and I liked it, so I went and got wife who I was buying it for, then he test drove with her too. We bought and took the car all in the same day.
