This dealership is awesome. I feel like I got a very good deal. Our salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase, as were everyone else that helped. John explained all the electronics, functionality, and options on the new RX 350 to both me and my wife. James in finance handled all the paperwork very quickly. I really appreciate the fact that I did not feel pressured into purchasing something I did not want or anyone trying to get me to purchase additional warranties. The new car was ready when I arrived, but we noticed a flaw on the vehicle and after pointing it out, the dealership was quick to correct it. If you are looking for a new Lexus, this is the dealership you want. More

Salesman, Randy, 5 stars. Front desk staff, 5 stars, Finance mgr, Brent, 5 stars. Sales dept mgr, 5 stars. Trade in dept, 1 star. Bait and switch tactic regarding your trade in is inexcusable for Lexus Finance mgr, Brent, 5 stars. Sales dept mgr, 5 stars. Trade in dept, 1 star. Bait and switch tactic regarding your trade in is inexcusable for Lexus. Don’t give me an online quote range and then not even meet it when I bring in the trade, which was a 2020 in perfect condition with only 8,200 miles on it. Very angry about that. They also didn’t meet my written quote from car max and auto nation. Not the kind of integrity I expect from Lexus. More
