This was a.very pleasant car-buying experience for my wife and me. This is not an activity I have enjoyed in the past. There was no pressure. The atmosphere at Northside was quiet, professional, and friendly. All aspects of the vehicle and the transaction were thoroughly explained. We came back in yesterday to pay for an extended warranty. To our surprise, when we finished the business with the warranty, we were greeted by our sales associate who asked if we had any questions. We told his about our not understanding how to make a particular setting on the navigation system. He went to our new car and did it for us.
