This was honestly the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. Joseph was initially fine, but he became very annoyed near the end of our pricing discussion. When we went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Joseph didn't even have the courtesy to pull up another chair for my son. This is something that literally every other car salesman has done for us regardless of whether we were buying or not, and I definitely expected at least that from a Lexus dealer that we were there to buy from. Overall, we've had much better experiences from Westside Lexus, Sterling McCall Lexus, and even the many Honda dealers that we've bought from within the Houston area. More
