My sales person was fantastic, very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. He had my loan officer and myself upset, telling her I need to have my loan processed on Friday or he was going to put the car on the lot to be sold. It was really a threat. Friday evening my loan officer called again because of his threats for a second time. I had to get firm with him, asking him, “what’s really the problem.” I had already gotten the loan and why was he trying to take the car and sell it. This was ver unprofessional on his part.
