Very disappointed in experience. I know the owner and believe he would be surprised with how I was treated. The worst experience I have had at a car dealership. Evasive at times in answering questions and required over five hours to complete the transaction. Inefficient process even though pre-work was done prior to visit. Sales rep was friendly which was a positive factor in a tedious day. At least one person was cavalier about COViD which was another concern. Tough to give this feedback, but hopeful that service department will continue to provide excellent service over next three years which will be my interface with Northside Lexus. More
