My overall experience was ok. And the only reason that I say that is because Of the finance manager “Brent”. Very poor service. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership this year and have had experience two bad sales people, and one good one. The first bad sales person we decided to skip and moved on this dealership this year and have had experience two bad sales people, and one good one. The first bad sales person we decided to skip and moved on to a different sales person that helped us get our first vehicle I forgot his name and he is not on sales anymore. This last time the interaction started positive with Eric Fuller but ended in a bad note. we showed up on 10-30-21 to purchase a new Car and you guys were completely out of the car we liked, he insisted in pushing something we didn’t want, we said no thanks we rather wait, he said the car won’t be here until the 14th, we said ok no problem. We waited patiently and then texted him on the 14th to follow up and he said the new dates were the 19th or 20th, we said ok no problem and waited once more, then he texted us on the 22nd to let us know the car had just arrived, we asked sure no problem can you meet us there tomorrow at 9am and he said yes sure. Next day, the day before thanksgiving we had some minor things to take care of so we were one hour late to our appointment and we texted him we are on our way to what his reply was “ on your way like you’ll be here in 5min or 30min”? So me and my wife looked at each other and she replied “like 30 min” and then he replied I only showed up to work 1.5hrs early that’s all. He was mad yes but he never told us he was showing up early, that was never on the conversation and even if it was we waited 25 days for the car patiently and we are the customer. he was mad about an hour and 30 minutes. At the silver ship He said he didn’t have time to show us the functions of the vehicle and told us to leave our car rental there that enterprise would pick it up but failed to tell us that they charge an extra $200. So we called enterprise and asked before we left the lot if that was ok that’s when we were informed of the extra charges, we drove back and explained the situation to Eric Fuller and his reply was “ yeah so go get your rental then” honestly at the end of the transaction he did not care one bit. he had the audacity to ask for a 5 on this survey, so I figured maybe he does not know he is bad and that he was rude. I hope with this survey a member of management will let him know. More

This is my 3rd pre-owned vehicle to buy from Northside Lexus in five and a half years. Our patience and prayers paid off as a rare find of a 1 owner, no accident 10 year old GX460 with average miles became available. I feel that with the reputation Northside Lexus has worked hard to develop and maintain for years absolutely helped bring the exact vehicle we wanted and prayed for in a short amount of time even. Mark Green makes buying a car from a dealership (only our 4th time in 30 years) so easy, hassle-free and enjoyable. Mark's experience, professionalism and helpful attitude guided us into a wonderful experience which made the investment even sweeter. When I need to replace my vehicle (bought from Mark at NSL in 1016), I will give Mark my best chance to take care of us again. More
