The ice cold air conditioner stopped working on day two - in which my mechanic informed me that the Freon had been charged for the sale, and then leaked out. In addition, stop leak had been put in the radiator, and then when I paid for ac repair, and it was working correctly, it broke the seal on the stop leak, and i had to replace the radiator. I was so lucky that I did not burn the engine with all of this going on and which I was unaware. So, the first week that I purchased the car, I had over $1,000 in repairs in which I had to make before I could drive the vehicle. I know when you buy a used vehicle, and sign an as is no warranty, that you take these chances. However, buying from a dealership such as Northside Lexux, I had a sense of naive trust that they would have at least checked the vehicle out prior to putting their dealership name on the sale. I was greatly disappointed and will not purchase from them again. More

We were misled when we bought our Lexus RX450H+ from Northside Lexus. When we ordered the car, we were not told that Lexus has a shortage of key fobs. Months later, when we picked up the car, we Northside Lexus. When we ordered the car, we were not told that Lexus has a shortage of key fobs. Months later, when we picked up the car, we were told the second key would be mailed to us shortly. After a month, we asked about the second key's status. We were told to keep following up with Northside. After months of following up, we were told they would send us a letter when the key was available. IT IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO SECOND KEY! I do not recommend this dealership. I would not buy a Lexus until they fix their supply problem. I know it does not sound like a big problem, but imagine going to the cart only to find out that your spouse who is not home has the key. Now imagine that happening dozens of times. More
