Everyone at this dealership was kind and patient. Finance was easy and fast. I have never made it through finance this fast and easy. Tech specialist was very patient answering all my questions and repeating info he had just discussed. The atmosphere at the dealership was outstanding very comfortable. I brought in my 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport for the 10k maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Bea maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Beaumont that day. It only took them less than a hour to do the job and was done before my scheduled appointment. While waiting, I walked the sales lot and sales floor. I saw a new 2023 GX460 on the lot that my wife would like. Atomic Silver, just like the 350 with red seats. I took pictures and a short video for her to see, and went home. Showed them to my wife and 2 hours later, I called Nick Makrakis, who sold us the RX 350, and asked him to have the GX 460 ready for us to look at. We got there from Beaumont 1.5 hours later and to make a long story shorter, we took the GX 460 home. The only thing I didn't like was how the Sales Manager low-balled me on the trade in. I know that's part of his job and I should have taken my time with that part of the transaction, but still... That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. More
