If you run into problems or have difficulties, which I doubt; especially dealing with the staff at Northside, you won’t be able to find a better manager to assist than Tim Karmout!! He is the most kind, friendly, transparent, attentive and professional manager I have ever encountered in the car business! For a highline dealer the experience was underwhelming. The deal was not prepped very well prior to visiting the dealership even though we had all the details worked out including financing. The sales person stopped replying once we agreed on the deal. Had issues with a certified preowned and setting up the technology because things has not been reset. Did not feel like we were a valued customer. Seemed much more like a puppy mill. Just move on to the next deal. Bought another highline car and the other deal had follow up emails and calls. I complete walk though of the new vehicle. I guess I expected more based on the car line I was getting. More
