I did not expect to be purchasing just researching available desired candidate cars from Cars.com. With my requirements and completed research a couple of cars were of interest to me there at Northside. We checked and drove them, then he lastly suggested the CRV hybrid, it was everything and more than I imagined - As soon as we pulled out of the driveway I knew it was the "one". . Steven provided excellent guidance with no pressure as to the purchasing process and did his best to move things along. I am confident in this purchase and Steven was the icing on the cake - great job! 5 Star. More
Walked into Northside Honda dealership today. Frank Macias (finance director) tried to tell us that the going rate for a basic 2024 Honda Civic EX lease is $600/month (this was BEFORE considering Frank Macias (finance director) tried to tell us that the going rate for a basic 2024 Honda Civic EX lease is $600/month (this was BEFORE considering our credit). They tried to blame it on inflation, but a quick google search using some car-buying calculators (using the same "money factor" they quoted) proved the "deal" they were trying to give us was diiiirrrrrrrrty. It's a shame considering we've been loyal Honda customers for a while, but this may end our relationship with them. Update: Wrote this exact review on Facebook, and tagged the dealership's Facebook page. They removed the tag. So I reposted and tagged them again, and they blocked me Doesn't seem like they "value transparency" like they've said in previous replies. (Added a photo to show what appears when I attempt to search for their page on Facebook). This just shows the poor character the salespeople at the dealership exhibit. More
