I have been a customer of Northridge Toyota for almost 10 years. Carey Riggsbee in service is a significant reason that I continue to have my vehicles serviced there. Carey is cordial, responsive to my phone calls/questions, and never tries to sell me on a service that isn't necessary. Likewise, my experience with Lisa Plowman and Sam DiMaggio in sales has been extremely favorable. Once again, these individuals understand/appreciate that a customer's time is a valuable commodity, and do their best to "cut to the chase." I have purchased two vehicles from Northridge Toyota, and Sam and Lisa are the reason why. Overall, a great dealership that continues to offer superior customer service even after the sale is completed. More
Mirna and Northridge toyota were the best care buying experience i have ever had. Mirna had all the answers to my questions at her finger tips and was a pleasure to deal with!!! My check engine light came on in my 2005 Prius. I brought it in and left it. They called a few hours later to say it was the inverter water pump and the cost would be $535.00 to replace it. I told them to do it in and left it. They called a few hours later to say it was the inverter water pump and the cost would be $535.00 to replace it. I told them to do so. (What choice did I have?) I picked it up and drove it less than 12 miles before the CEL came on again. Turns out that their mechanic failed to connect the wiring harness to the new pump!?!?! I took pictures in to show them that the wiring harness had not been connected. They were apologetic for their oversight. Conveniently there were no managers on site. I stopped by the Customer Relations Manager's office to explain the problem to her. What did I get out of that? A cup of Earl Grey tea. Come on folks! Let's serioiusly address your problems and own up to your mistakes. Now I'm left wondering how badly damaged this new inverter water pump is due to the mechanic's blatant error in not connecting the wiring harness. This hasn't left a good first impression on me. More
they stole an item out of my car when servicing it and when I asked them to replace it they were very insulting and beyond rude. It was an item that was in my car when I bought it. It came with the suv but they took it out when I took it in for general serving. They are thieves, stay away. I will have to file a police report.they said if they replaced it that would be admitting to stealing and they couldn't do that. After I bought 2 cars there. What scum bags!! More
i recently bought my second car [2008 xB automatic] @ Northridge Toyota/Scion and was really pleased with my experiece and wanted to give a brief review of this dealership. Inna, the internet/fleet manager was extremely nice and helpful. even though i was still in the process of finishing a deal to sell my Solara, she ordered my Super White xB from the docks brought it up to the dealership. it could not have gone smoother, as i sold my car last Tuesday, went to the bank and paid my Solara off, then went to see Inna that same night and my xB had arrived the night before! i picked it up w/ 7 miles on it and am really enjoying it. i had forgotten how much i liked my original Polar White xB! i got another surprise today from Tom Foley in the service department - my first intstall of any accessories i may have picked up [CAI, steering wheel etc.] is going to be $50 an hour for the install, saving me some bucks on the install. i highly recommend Inna for any purchase, not just a Scion! More
