Two days ago, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 Prius. From start to finish, the process was smooth and enjoyable. George and Paul were very friendly and informative and worked hard to get me the best price with the features I needed. They even stayed 3 hours past closing time to be sure I felt comfortable and informed! Mike was just as friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in the financing department. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. Since I added a few features, I new to expect a call from Edith in the service department, but I didn't realize she would call the very next morning to get me all set up to bring the car in as soon as possible, so I could enjoy driving my car well before Christmas. I have found Northridge Toyota to be very honest. I requested new brakes on my Avalon while buying some new tires. The mechanic called me and told me that I didn't need new brakes and that I had plenty requested new brakes on my Avalon while buying some new tires. I HAD TO HAVE MY PASSENGER SIDE VIEW MIRROR REPLACED ON MY 2009 HYBRID CAMRY. DUE TO THE FACT THAT SOMEONE BROKE THE MIRROR AND DID NOT LEAVE A NOTE, MY INSURANCE COVERED THE COST. OF COURSE, THEY MY 2009 HYBRID CAMRY. DUE TO THE FACT THAT SOMEONE BROKE THE MIRROR AND DID NOT LEAVE A NOTE, MY INSURANCE COVERED THE COST. OF COURSE, THEY FIRST HAD TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF REPAIR. I INSISTED THAT I WOULD ONLY ACCEPT A NEW MIRROR PROVIDED BY TOYOTA AND THAT I WANTED MY DEALER TO HANDLE IT. OF COURSE THEIR ESTIMATE WAS NOT VERY REALISTIC. HOWEVER, NORTHRIDGE TOYOTA, MY DEALER, GAVE ME A VERY GOOD PRICE ON THE NEW REPLACEMENT PART AND THANKS TO MR. FOLEY, HE NOT ONLY GOT THE LABOR COST DOWN SO THE INSURANCE AGREED TO IT, BUT HE PULLED THE PART FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT, AND HAD IT ALL DONE WHILE I WAITED. HE DID IT ALL WITH CARE, CONCERN AND MADE IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME! WILL I GO BACK? YOU BETCHA! More
