Gideon and Reggie were amazing. This is our second car now from Northridge and they are wonderful. I have been to many dealerships in my life and they all feel the same. Like you're buying a car from a t now from Northridge and they are wonderful. I have been to many dealerships in my life and they all feel the same. Like you're buying a car from a tricky salesman who just have dollar signs on their minds. Not hear at Northridge, nor with these two Men. Gideon and Reggie from the moment we walked in from the time we walked out with our new car treated us like gold. Never in the time we were deciding on color, type of Toyota, etc., did they put any pressure on us and made it such a great experience, which it should be. We took our time and when we needed answers they were there. No under mining, no quoting a price and then a few minutes later doubling. We told them what we were willing to spend per month and what we wanted and they not only made it happen, but we made two knew friends by the end of our time there. These two Men are great at what they do and next time we buy a car, will go back to see them without a thought and if they aren't here at that time, would follow them where ever they go. Congrats to Northridge Toyota for finding 2 wonderful people who make a car experience fun and always would feel confident sending my friends and Family to both of these Gentleman. Thank you Gideon and Reggie. Thank you for your honesty, your patience and hope to see you both soon! More

They helped me get an affordable price so I could be successful in purchasing a new Prius. Maz showed me the various new features of my new car and helped me get my smart phone contacts transferred and my favorite radio stations set up. I love my new Prius. It is my fifth Toyota because of reliability and design. Thank you Maz and Paul. Celestine More
Having a 2009 Camry, we were not thinking about getting a new car when we received a letter from Northridge Toyota wanting to buy our car. It was time for the 55,000 mile service so we decided to find out m new car when we received a letter from Northridge Toyota wanting to buy our car. It was time for the 55,000 mile service so we decided to find out more about the letter first. Paul appraised our car and made an offer that was worth considering so we went shopping on the lot. Tami Wilkerson got us started with checking out the Certified cars available - we have already owned 4 Certified Toyotas over the past 16 years. Tami was helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure as we continued to look at cars, which we appreciated as we like to look on our own before asking questions. After checking many of the Certified vehicles, we decided to look at the new models, too. Tami was busy at that time so another team member, Gideon Larranaga, showed us where to start looking at the new models. Again, he let us look on our own but was readily available for questions which he answered completely and understandably for us. When we decided on a 2012 Camry LE, Gideon checked for the silver color we wanted and brought it out so we could test drive it. We really liked the car and decided to take the offer to buy our car and use the money toward the cost of the new vehicle. Gideon handled all the preliminary paperwork for the purchase and then introduced us to Brian Pardue who took care of all the contracts, DMV, releases, etc. very efficiently. When we were done, Gideon helped us get settled in the new car and reviewed some of the new equipment. He also synched both our cell phones to the Bluetooth and showed us how to make calls, answer, and more. He also helped us set the audio system. When we took in the pink slip the next day, Brian Pardue finished up all the paperwork and set up our appointment to get Lojack installed. Gideon Larranaga answered more questions for us and reviewed some of the info from the night before. He told us to call him at any time for assistance. We had a very good sales experience at Northridge Toyota. This was our second purchase from them, first for a new car, and we have always had our Toyota service done here. Our favorite service tech writer is Joe Chiado. We have always found him to be very helpful, complete, and honest about our service needs and we trust his opinion. We are now enjoying our new car. In August 2009, I decided to trade in my Sienna for a 2010 Camry Hybrid. I bought it at Thousand Oaks Toyota. However, I started to have some minor problems with it in May of 2010 (#1) and in December 2010 (#2). 1. There was a rattling noise, which seemed to be coming from my rear window and it would not go away. 2. And my rear view mirror was loose and would not hold its position. At the time, I was taking my Camry to Thousand Oaks for service, but they told me that even though they heard the rattling noise they could not fix it. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the treatment and very unhappy. Then, to add insult to injury, they told me that they could not fix my rear view mirror and that it had to be replaced, which was going to cost me around two hundred dollars. I told them that I would live with it and move it into position as needed. I am a single mother and I have an extremely busy work schedule. I am a scientist working for a pharmaceutical company and did not have the time to go to another dealership and possible get the same treatment. As the rattling got worse, which was exceedingly annoying, I was beginning to dread driving my Camry: not a good thing. At that point, I had had it with Thousand Oaks Toyota and decided to do my oil changes at the local Valvoline Service Center. I swore off going to Toyota for service unless absolutely necessary. Then I met my boyfriend. He has owned Toyotas for the last thirty-two years. At the time he owned a 2004 Prius (now he owns a 2012 Prius), which had over 150,000 miles on it at that time. He lives in Culver City, CA, but goes to Northridge Toyota. When I asked him why, he told me that he has known Tom Foley, the Service Manager there for over 25 years and has followed Tom wherever he goes, because he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and has integrity. He also told me that if anyone could fix my problems it would be Tom. I wasn’t totally convinced, but I did trust my boyfriend. He called Tom and told him about my situation. Tom’s reply was and I quote, “If we can hear it we can fix it, and more importantly, you should be enjoying your Camry.” So, we went to see Tom. First of all, let me say that Tom Foley is a true gentleman. He was extremely friendly and polite and I could tell that he wasn’t that way just because he knew my boyfriend; he’s that kind of man. As soon as we arrived at Northridge Toyota we immediately took my car for a test drive and Tom identified the problem in less than five minute. He said that he was 99% sure that it had to do with the tracks in my sunroof. And the loose rear view mirror? He said that was an easy fix. They just had to tighten it. We got back to the lot and Tom introduced me to Carey Riggsbee, one of the Service writers and explained what needed to be done. Carey was also extremely polite and friendly as wrote my car up. We left the Camry there, went on a two-day trip in the Prius, came back, picked up the Camry and it is now an absolute joy to drive it again. No annoying rattling noise and my rear view mirror stays in place. All under warranty, thanks to Tom and his team. As I said, I live in Thousand Oaks, CA. It is approximately a 45-minute drive to Northridge Toyota when there is no traffic, but the drive is worth it. I will NEVER go to Thousand Oaks Toyota again. I am now and will always be a loyal customer at Northridge Toyota. Toyota is very lucky to have Tom Foley working for them. If all service departments had a Tom Foley in their employ there would be a lot more happy customers in the world. Cindy Wallace Thousand Oaks, CA More
Since 1959 I have owned nearly 20 new and used cars. In all my experience, Northridge Toyota is, hands down, the best car dealership I’ve ever done business with. As an Electronics Engineer I am technical all my experience, Northridge Toyota is, hands down, the best car dealership I’ve ever done business with. As an Electronics Engineer I am technically very savvy and therefore hard to fool. Over the decades I’ve actually walked away from sales people when I detected they were feeding me a line of bull. Not once did that ever happen at Northridge Toyota! Those people are honest and straightforward, including all the folks I’ve dealt with in sales, finance and service. (In particular, Paul Brown in sales is my all-time favorite!) It's just so obvious that everyone there enjoys helping customers and insuring their needs are met. In fact, all the customers I’ve spoken with in the service area while waiting for my car to be looked after have voiced the same opinion. For all these reasons and more (including great pricing), I bought a 2011 Camry XLE V6 in January and a 2012 Camry LE (4 cyl) in October, both from Northridge Toyota. In fact, I purchased the XLE after first walking away in disgust from a large Toyota dealership in Ventura County, where I had been totally ignored for 30 minutes while salesmen stood nearby chatting with one another. I attributed their obvious lack of interest in me to my shabby work clothes and to the 20-year old Honda I drove in with. Finally, though, after receiving no help from sales people I had stood as close as 6 feet away from, I got into my car and left. Later that same day, I drove to Northridge Toyota. And, while still wearing those same raggedy clothes, I was greeted warmly, treated with respect, and bought from them a 2011 Camry XLE. In the next few years I’ll be replacing my old Honda Accord with a new Toyota. Obviously Northridge Toyota will be my #1 choice when I do! There’s one more thing I’d like to say: I truly believe Northridge Toyota’s service department is beyond exceptional -- maybe even the best in Southern California. That’s because, compared to most other Toyota dealerships, they employ an unusually large percentage of repair technicians with the highest level of certification. I know all this may come across as sounding like a giant sales pitch. But it's not. I’m just a customer and an admirer of Northridge Toyota, who sincerely believes they have earned your attention. Please check them out for yourself. Talk to Paul Brown or any of the other sales reps, and I know you'll agree that everything I've said here is true. More
This dealer is no good. Since the start they gave me questionable info about my brakes, they told me that by brand new Toyota at the time practically no miles on it, that the breaks squeaked because of questionable info about my brakes, they told me that by brand new Toyota at the time practically no miles on it, that the breaks squeaked because of dirt, that oil changes would clear this up, and there was no issue. Fine. Well 2 yrs and 20k miles later, still squeaking. I left at the dealer after my oil change two weeks ago, brakes squeaking (under their dirt theory they should have been fine) and took it to a trustworthy source, and did a brake check. The dealer told me my brakes were fine, but the squeaking was clear, something was wrong, and there was, my front brakes needed to be replaced, there was a crack somewhere, and the rotors needed to be sanded or shaved down. The dealer should have seen this at the time, and not told me my brakes were fine. Either they do crappy brake checks, or they want my bad breaks to ruin more of the brake systems to make more money. No $5 oil change will entice me to go back there. Not to mention, shouldn't my brakes still be good at 20k miles in 2 years? Makes me think they were bad to start and they never told me. There's been some other questionable communication as well, sum total opinion, try another! Breaks are fixed now, $200 bucks later, no squeaking. More
