Living about 4.5 hours away from the dealership, he made the deal happen all from our communications and so when we arrived, all we had to do was sign our paperwork and drive off in our new Camry. The finance process was quick, and I think we spent all but just about an hour at the dealership when it was all said and done. We would definitely recommend Northridge Toyota and more specifically, Jonathon Ortiz to work with. More

Quick I had an 8:00am appointment on a Saturday - it was very busy with people dropping off their cars. I figured I would be there for close to 2 hours. They told me it should be about an hour - I still thought I would be there longer. I sat and watched tv - grabbed a delicious donut and some coffee - and before I knew it I had my car back and it wasn’t even 9:00! Great service and a nice clean comfortable waiting area. More

Aren was very friendly, talked me through various issues to consider (V4 vs. V6, the advantages of the XLE and SE packages), and made the process very simple. He was proactive about showing me some of the newer features, including the driver safety features and the Apple CarPlay. More

Turns out, the service person recommended doing the 90,000 service even though it was done on our last service in April. In April, we had 87,600 miles and he recommended the 90,000 mile service which we did. Without checking back this week, since our mileage was now 89,600, he just assumed that we needed the 90,000 mile service. I had told him that this is our second car and we only drive it around 5,000 miles a year. When I got home and checked my previous service record and noticed that I had a second 90,000 mile service, I called the service desk. Upon confirming that was the case, he credited my account accordingly. A positive recovery to a situation that should not have happened if he had just checked our records. By the way, I used the same service person in April as I did this week. More
