No pressure sales compared to most dealerships as I just made a purchase and, they work with you for your needs, and service has been good when I have questions to ask. They are eager to answer questions and educate you on your new car that may have more on it than your older model Toyota. Parts people at Northridge Toyota have also always been great, even when my old 2004 Corolla key was not working in the accelerator and would get stuck. Parts people knew it was because the cylinder was dry and new how to properly lube the key a little so when it key was put in cylinder it no longer caused the problem because you have lubricated the cylinder by means of the key properly.
