Best SoCal Dealership I visited Ventura, Oxnard, TO, and Hamer Toyota to purchase a Tacoma and none of them compare to the quality of customer service I recieved at Northri I visited Ventura, Oxnard, TO, and Hamer Toyota to purchase a Tacoma and none of them compare to the quality of customer service I recieved at Northridge. I felt comfortable, layed back, and just all around like a truly valued customer. I was able to negotiate for the price that worked best for me, Both times i went. They don't play games or try to take advantage of you or see you as a dollar sign like i have experienced at the other dealerships. They truly want to help you find your dream car and value you as a customer. The slightly inconvenient location is definitely worth it for the five star quality of customer service and all around dealership as a whole. Daniel Parmar and Mike from financial helped me both times and they were the best. Friendly, layed back, great conversation when i waited in the lobby area as well as when i was signing the paperwork. Follow up calls after purchase to make sure everything was going well. Daniel goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are well taken care of. Thanks to Northridge Toyota I have my dream Tacoma and feel great knowing I also supported an awesome dealership.
