I’m glad the technician was able to program the new key for our Prius V, and it works great. I wanted to show you how dirty the door handle, steering wheel and the power button and gear shift are when I r for our Prius V, and it works great. I wanted to show you how dirty the door handle, steering wheel and the power button and gear shift are when I received the car, exactly like it is every time the car is returned to me. I never touch those areas without cleaning my hands first every time I get into the car because of the pandemic, and I wipe them down daily with a sterile wipe to prevent infection so I know they’re clean before I drive off. This Wet One shows the dirt from the surfaces I mentioned and the Wet Ones are always this dirty or dirtier when I receive the car after service. I have mentioned this in every feedback that Northridge Toyota sends me after every service but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Their work is great but it’s very frustrating to receive a germy dirty car that needs extra time to get clean and safe to drive, especially during the pandemic. Did not tell me they didn't have nitrogen to service my tires. But they did say I had a nail in my tire. Bought a new one but that's when I learned it doesn't have nitrogen like my others tires We took tires. But they did say I had a nail in my tire. Bought a new one but that's when I learned it doesn't have nitrogen like my others tires We took the flat tire with us but they charged me a tire disposable fee I didn't use. Took 2 hours for this. Would have gone to a tire store with nitrogen. Probably would have cost less. And the car has only 4000 miles on it. Not happy. More
