Don’t go here, they charge you 170 JUST TO CHECK if something may or may not be wrong. Then they “recommend” but they’re not sure if it’s exactly the problem. Take your money else where. something may or may not be wrong. Then they “recommend” but they’re not sure if it’s exactly the problem. Take your money else where. More

To start I was told at 100,000 miles I should replace my coolant for $220. A cursory Google search showed that any shop in the area would do it for you for just over half of that. My main concern for which I brought the car in, was that the brake pedal sticks when I start the car in the morning. In fact, I told Hector that it’s a safety concern, because as I drove the car down my street just two days ago I pushed on the brake and it didn’t respond immediately. According to Hector, the mechanics couldn’t re-create the problem and didn’t see anything wrong with the brakes. I asked if then the dealership is giving me a clear bill of safety on the car brakes, and I was told “I didn’t say that, I just said that we didn’t find any problems with the brake.” My touchscreen radio is misfunctioning. After a failed attempt to fix it through software update, I was informed that I need a new radio for over $1000. When I commented that irradiation fail after five years, Hector told me that “Toyota doesn’t make radios.” Last I checked, I bought a Toyota (the XLS model no less) with a radio in it. I really don’t care who made it nor should I, and it seems that Toyota should own up to the product it proudly put its emblem on. My next trip to dealer, if ever, is going to be for a mandatory recall. Overall, I would rate this experience as unsatisfactory to pathetic. More
