Service is terrible very slow took 6 hours to get car serviced will never do business again serviced will never do business again More

I was told my oil change would be about 1.5 to 2 hours wait. I was okay with that, so I stayed at the dealership. At 3 hours my car was not finished, I asked about it. The response was it is in work on th wait. I was okay with that, so I stayed at the dealership. At 3 hours my car was not finished, I asked about it. The response was it is in work on the lift, should be soon. 40 minutes later I received the text it was completed. I would have appreciated a notification about the delay for whatever reason. That way I could plan accordingly. More

The Parts and Service department was amazing. They were super helpful and attentive.
