I was told my oil change would be about 1.5 to 2 hours wait. I was okay with that, so I stayed at the dealership. At 3 hours my car was not finished, I asked about it. The response was it is in work on th wait. I was okay with that, so I stayed at the dealership. At 3 hours my car was not finished, I asked about it.
