Told us it would be 2.5 to 3 hours for the service to get done but it was more like 5 hours. We understand it could take longer than it was expected but none of the concerns we had was not solved, they basic done but it was more like 5 hours. My lease for my 2018 RAV-4 xLE was ending & I wanted to buyout my car. The buyout amount was suppose to be $14,533. I was told I must pay $2000 for inspection, $900 Gap Insurance, $5000 maintenance & $2000 buyout my car. The buyout amount was suppose to be $14,533. I was told I must pay $2000 for inspection, $900 Gap Insurance, $5000 maintenance & $2000 for a new alarm system. All of which are not optional. I must purchase all of these “add-ons” to buyout my leased car. I ended up having to sign & finance my car for a 72 month with total of over $33,000. This is such a scam. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends & family. More
