Had a great experience with Northridge Toyota sales. Jasmine was super responsive and worked with us to get our family in the perfect car for us. Appreciated the respect and friendliness we found in all Jasmine was super responsive and worked with us to get our family in the perfect car for us. Appreciated the respect and friendliness we found in all the staff in the showroom. Had a great conversation with Karo while we were waiting, and a good experience Mike as we landed on a price. Hopefully the service department will give the same experience. More
I had scheduled an appointment for oil change. When I was waiting in the service line the dealership employee checked my appointment and told me that Daphne will be my service advisor. When after When I was waiting in the service line the dealership employee checked my appointment and told me that Daphne will be my service advisor. When after a long wait I asked Daphne to use Northridge Toyota coupon for oil change she became angry and very difficult to communicate with. 1st she tried to push back saying that the coupon was expired, but coupon was valid. Northridge Toyota has astronomical price for oil change. It took them all day to do a simple oil change. Daphne definitely moved my car to the back of the line for the service only because I asked her to use Northridge Toyota coupon for oil change. I would NOT recommend Daphne as a service advisor no anyone. More
Let me start off by saying this is the first negative experience that I had at this dealership after being a loyal customer for many years. I had scheduled an appointment for a 10,000 mile oil change fo experience that I had at this dealership after being a loyal customer for many years. I had scheduled an appointment for a 10,000 mile oil change for my 2017 Prius. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 9:50 for a 10:00 AM appointment. I observed that the dealership wasn’t busy and only had one vehicle ahead of me. Upon presenting my service advisor Daphne with a coupon for the service her attitude immediately changed. She stated that she would need approval from the service manager. I attempted to explain that I never had this issue before, and when I called to schedule my appointment, the customer service representative told me that wouldn’t be a problem. After receiving approval to honor the coupon, she very rudely stated that this would be the last time. Daphne then attempted to upswell me for some service for 200 dollars that I wasn’t familiar with. I declined the service, and she proceeded to submit an invoice for service. After waiting for over an hour and a half for the service to be completed, I went over to Daphne and asked if she could inquire how much longer would it be until my car is ready. Daphne refused to check on my vehicle, she rudely stated we are a high volume dealership. I also observed that several customers who came in after me had there vehicles serviced and had left. I finally received my vehicle at noon. I’m positive that I was deliberately placed to the back off the service cue. I will never use this dealership again. More
Purchased a new vehicle from Toyota Northridge thanks to Sales Manager Randolph and sales staff Jonathan. Straightforward business and negotiations, and no unnecessary BS, which was really the best one can Sales Manager Randolph and sales staff Jonathan. Straightforward business and negotiations, and no unnecessary BS, which was really the best one can hope for. When the car I was looking for became available, Randolph immediately gave me a call and we closed the deal very soon after. I understand that times are tough and prices are higher than what they used to be. Randolph and team gave their offer, and we gave them ours, and after we came to an agreement everything else proceeded without any hitches. Randolph is a very straightforward guy, will tell you what he can offer, and will do his best to help you out. Jonathan is friendly and chatty, and we had a pleasant experience with their team. Mike the finance director, same thing, no BS, he'll provide you with some options and you can either take one of them or not, he did not push us to purchase any of the VSCs that they were offering and was professional about it. The most important thing about purchasing a new/used vehicle is to do all your research prior to even contacting a dealership, and that will cut out any unnecessary haggling and headache. Overall, we had a really pleasant buying experience at Northridge Toyota with Randolph, Jonathan, and Mike, and will likely go back to them in the future for another vehicle. More
This place has the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND POST FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. They list a car at a certain price and then AFTER you agree to purchase it, they add on $1600 in “ac THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND POST FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. They list a car at a certain price and then AFTER you agree to purchase it, they add on $1600 in “accessories” on the vehicle and claim “Oh we put that on all of our vehicles” -said Mike, the financing director. The vehicle should be listed as $1600 MORE then if you’re adding accessories. That’s false advertisement. They don’t even notify you AT ALL that it’s been added to the final price, you have to search for it on the contract. They also have absolute terrible customer service. Alex from financing said he would help me and then didn’t answer the phone until 6 days later. (Receptionist claimed she left notes for him everyday but apparently he said he never got it) Then he hangs up on me and doesn’t call back or pick up the phone when I tried calling back. Do NOT come here unless if you want people providing you tons of misinformation and not taking responsibility for it and then arguing with you because you’re bringing it up to their attention. Then I speak with Mike the supervisor of finances and he doesn’t even want to hear me out about the issue I’m having and was constantly cutting me off, dismissing me, and just arguing and having no empathy for the customer who got LIED TO by HIS EMPLOYEES!!! I don’t get a sorry or him even try to de-escalate the situation and figure out who lied to me or why they could’ve done that. MIKE has absolutely NO customer service skills and is only defensive when an issue is brought up. They have you sign a contract stating that you will come to them first with any issues before contacting legal authorities. Well, I tried contacting you guys and you guys didn’t even want to hear what my issue was. So maybe legal authorities has to be the next step. More
