I went to northeast car connection after a co-worker referred me there. I am so happy with my 08 Ford Taurus and was very happy with the way I was treated. Bob was outstanding! I went to go purchase a vehicle and Bob went over and above the services "after the sale". When I received the vehicle there were items that were missing that I was told wou Bob went over and above the services "after the sale". When I received the vehicle there were items that were missing that I was told would be taken care of such as: automatic alarm door keys, floor mats, detailing and cleaning, and just a return of calls. You see the initial attendant who sold me the vehicles seems as thought he wanted nothing to do with me and it showed. As a manager and a rated disabled veteran I do know professionalism and the other attendant only showed it in spurts while he was trying to get me to buy the car. This left a negative taste in my mouth and I was on the verge of reaching out to upper manager about this issue. Bob saw my distress an stepped in got me what was not promised by the first attendant. Thanks Bob you are credit to the dealership and you can count on me to recommend you to all of my veteran programs in which I work with throughout the metro Philadelphia area. More
