At first I thought I was stuck in the car I had got from a lot in mayfair with a crazy high payment for a pontiac g6 and then I talked to John and he assured me he could get me into the car I wanted with wa a lot in mayfair with a crazy high payment for a pontiac g6 and then I talked to John and he assured me he could get me into the car I wanted with way lower payments. I had dealt with John at the dealership he used to work at and he looked out for me when I went there. So I went in and seen a 2010 Dodge Charger that was my dream car and thought I would never get accepted to get that car. John told me don't worry about it I will make it happen for you and get you a way lower payment. I thought he was just doing his job by telling me that but 15 minutes later he came out and told me it was a done deal and my payment was almost half of what I was paying for a 2007 pontiac g6. John came thru on every promise he made me and also got me a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. I highly recommend going to see John he will help you out with no pressure and get you in the car you want to drive. When I told my mom about the deal John promised me she thought it was to good to be true until she came in with me to sign the papers. I couldnt be happier to drive my dream car the 2010 Dodge charger. Thank you John I have already told all my friends to give you a call. This dealership is the real deal and the prices on the cars are way better than every where else and the guy in the back helped my mom understand that the old lot ripped me off and that he would make it so that I can really build my credit. First of all this experience started out with an "on line chat" from their website that got cut off somehow. Later that day Bob sent us an email to follow up. Bob, Aaron and Brian were very kind and attentive and we feel they did an outstanding job of servicing us. Frankly everyone in the dealership was kind. We went into the dealership to purchase a used car AND we had some credit challenges. We were not sure what to expect but what we appreciated most is that no one made us feel as if we did not deserve good service because of our credit challenges and not once did they make us feel embarrassed. They made us feel confident that they could work it out without beating us over the head, and although we entered their dealership with our own financing in hand they were able to find us a better deal. The sales tactics were not high pressure. They let you think about your decision and always addressed your concerns. We walked out went home and thought about things and returned two days later and walked out with the used car that we wanted and we are happy. I would definitely recommend them. More
