North Shore Mazda delivered a Certified CX-5 to me in NH. Immediately took it to be inspected (NH Inspection needed). It failed due to a screw in the tire (needed replacement, beyond repair), and an almost d Immediately took it to be inspected (NH Inspection needed). It failed due to a screw in the tire (needed replacement, beyond repair), and an almost dead battery. Immediately notified North Shore Mazda of the two issues. Figured not a big deal, we can all agree this is not how a certified vehicle should arrive, and they would pay for the needed repairs (less than $500). Yeah, no. They agreed to reimburse me for the battery*, but not the new tire. Suggested the garage that inspected the vehicle could be responsible for the damaged tire (yeah, you read that right). Apparently, that is the "transparency" at a Joe Shaker Automotive Group dealership - well, the lack of integrity is easy to see. *Oh, and you'll be shocked to learn they never reimbursed me for the battery. Just so you're aware of the type of people running this dealership. More

One of the worst experiences leasing a car. They toured the car on weekend, asked me to sign the lease for a same day delivery. After signing the lease and putting the deposit. Then on Monday they told me that they lost the car's title. So they need to reissue another title from Mazda's headquarter and send it to the dealership which took more than a week. They told me that they can reimburse me if I rent a car. I did and right now almost after the year they haven't even started reimbursement even after multiple calls and after multiple services with the car. During that period I contacted the finance department. Ask for the reimbursement and the status of the car delivery which was postponed multiple times and the guy started F-bombing me and I'm serious, he used f-words toward the customer. That was the most ridiculous day for customer service. The guy in the financial service told me that I'm bind with the contract because I already signed it and I cannot do anything except waiting and they're not going to reimburse for the rental so I can go F myself. I contact ed, the Mazda customer service and it still is ongoing case. I believe that that guy in the finance department need to be fired. More
