I had the pleasure of working with salesman Owen & finance manager Mark. I came informed and directly asked for Christmas discounts. To my surprise, the numbers were straight forward and far above many others in the country. While I don’t support the dealer add-ons I was willing to pay this membership fee due to the deal offered. I traveled from central Florida, through Atlanta to finalize the deal and take delivery of the vehicle. I prepared them, my patience’s would be hindered due to the 6 hour drive. Owen quickly greeted me, provided coffee and we begin the process. The entire process took about 2hrs, but thankfully I was not waiting for a moment. We went from a brief test drive to finance. Had an engine warning light for a "Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected". Took 6 days to fix the issue. I called again and again and didn't get status. Many of the calles were not answered at all. Fi System Leak Detected". Took 6 days to fix the issue. I called again and again and didn't get status. Many of the calles were not answered at all. Finally I was told it will take several hours. After 2 days I called again, left a message. Nobody called me. Called again next day and was told car is ready. I was charged more than $1,400 for this fix. Next time I'll try somewhere else. More

My services were "okay" with Volvo for routine maintenance. The workers were professional and accommodating. The waiting room had snacks and comfortable seating. If they could make sure to clean the area after service that would be great. Also my wait time was stated to be one hour and a half, my service time was over two hours and a half. More
