THIS is an AMAZING dealership! I have never experienced car buying at such a level and I have bought many vehicles! Instead of a grueling experience that takes hours, I picked out the car online, called, made a deal on the phone (subject to test drive, of course)...And when I arrived I saw an absolutely beautiful vehicle parked under their showroom...I said to my husband..I wish THAT was the one I was getting..it was gorgeous...and you know what...IT WAS! I never expected the vehicle to be in such supurb condition. The price was right and we didnt have the usual banter "show" between salesperson and manager..."trying to make a deal"... All the paperwork was completed before we arrived, tag was on the car...the LONGEST part of the transaction was the test drive and stop for coffee at Caribou Coffee! This is the FIRST time we have left a dealership not feeling that we had been taken advantage of. I simply can't say enough good things about the dealership, the vehicle (zippy little five speed drives like a dream and was beyond clean), and the staff that we encountered at North Point Volvo!
