I wanted to test drive and Larry was not able to move the vehicle blocking us by calling so after 10 minutes of failed calls...he went in and came back after 10 minutes..took another 10 minutes to get the car on the road. Surprise, there was no gas in the vehicle so he went back in for a gas card.... then to the gas station he drove.. It took me at least an hour to get to test drive a car! Larry had no idea the car i was driving was a FWD- he argued it was a AWD until i showed him the car sticker. At this point i didn't care to even bother with pricing, but I did go to negotiate a purchase. The price quoted was 2k higher then the advertised price online. Larry then proceeded to tell me that could not be possible. I had to navigate him through the online portal. It seemed as if he didn't use computers- he did not know the web address for their dealership not did he know how to navigate their own websites. I told him to speak to his manager while i went to pee. As i leave the restroom he's standing outside. Felt like he was there to hear me pee.. We weren't able to agree on a price, but their salesman was terrible. clueless, in-experienced, overall it was a waste of my time. More

Not trustworthy and back out after charging deposit We went to buy a Sentra and were offered a new vehicle from last year's inventory. We were asked to fill an application asking whether there is a trad We went to buy a Sentra and were offered a new vehicle from last year's inventory. We were asked to fill an application asking whether there is a trade-in, Buy or Lease, etc. We filled it out and submitted expressing our interest in buying Sentra. Also told to fill out credit application which we refused until it's later in the deal and instead, showed excellent credit rating from credit card company on phone. We discussed the price back and forth and agreed to a specific dollar amount for down payment and another fixed amount for 72 months payment. We were then asked to fill out the credit application, housing payments etc. which we did, they run credit check, all well. We are then asked for down payment, we pay by credit card and we are given receipt. We are then sent to finance department to complete the paperwork. As we start talking we are told this is a lease. Shocked we said, we never agreed to lease. The financier says that’s all that he can offer. The manager was called and he says the sales representative is new and must have made a mistake. He can offer 0% interest to make up for the inconvenience (which BTW is already advertised on website). We ask why you committed to the price then. He says we just committed to selling you the vehicle at the price you wanted to pay. Everything else is done by financier and the salesman cannot discuss the prices on floor. Totally ridiculous. After 3 hours we said we are done and refund us the money charged. I wish they would have just said we made a mistake. Instead they tried to justify why they need to charge me more and I need to pay for $900 destination charge. Totally unprofessional and the sales man says what's $10, you pay that for a newspaper and Starbucks. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get the credit back because the receptionist is too busy taking payments from others and the sales man is gone trying to attract other customers. When he returns he says I am working with new customers. Think twice before entering this dealership and if you do end up doing business with them, check the papers and the vehicle well. Wonder what else they might cheat the customers on. I personally have no trust on them and would rather do business with someone else who is upfront honest about it. More
TERRIBLE ROB THE SALES GUY POUNDING HIS HAND ON THE DESK! July 2015, Rob thesales guy pounding his hand on the desk, how much do you want to pay. Not trustworthy - Wouldn't honor Truecar Quote Had a True car quote - all in black and white that includes Delivery Charge in total MSRP. Final Price is all negotiated and agreed upon. Comes back w Had a True car quote - all in black and white that includes Delivery Charge in total MSRP. Final Price is all negotiated and agreed upon. Comes back with 895 Delivery Charge and when questioned, said would split the cost. I point clearly the True car math had spelt everything and that's part of MSRP and final price is what I would like to go ahead with. He then agrees to take it off, but said would need to add dealer Processing fee of 500+(Strange), while the True car estimate has $89 processing fee - finally walked out, before falling to any other unknown traps. I would rather pay $100 or more to a dealer that would come out clean.. This is on top of making us wait in every area 1/2 hour each, and the sales person(newbie) going back and forth every 30 minutes and not showing up. Family time for the 4 of us - 4.5 hours at this for nothing isn't worth. Blame it on Vinni who in earlier telephonic conversation assured to bring the true car certificate price and would be honored. Believing was the 1st mistake.. Save your time.. More

They dont have any good sales folks. they are all ill mannered and wont care to insult you infront of These guys are poor brand ambassadors of NIssan. They dont have any good sales folks. they are all ill mannered and wont care to insult you infront of your family. Low life zero value liars here. Don't fall for them. Mr Robson was very impolite and insulting, though i did not deal directly with him he made an insulting comment that we came for their $100/- gift card. who talks like that after inviting some one to their dealership to test drive and get $100/-. A bunch of them even clapped when all this was happening. Shawn: Thinks he is being smart by knocking off $50/- on the lowest quote we get. He can shove that in. Larry seymour: He lied made false commitment that we will get as many oil changes as we want for life at no extra cost. When I said my 4month old may wake up and get cranky as she will be hungry,he says won't be the first child to get cranky. who talks like that. Gissela Torres: did not meet her but she succeeded at ensuring we go to their dealership by harassing us for 3 weeks. Didn't see a quality person at this place. This place is filled with Junkies thank god we were saved by their bad behavior. This place is a ghetto. Stay away from this unit. And of course i threw their $100/- on their face and left the place after giving a mouthful to Mr. Robson whose job is to call people and harass them, tell them they will get $100/- if they test drive the vehicle and later insult them while handing over the $100/-. NISSAN>>>> Are you reading plz shut this shop they are harming your brand. "one spoiled apple ruins bunch" More

No problem, when this idiot shows up, he tires to get us to stay longer, does not return our credit card, then lies to us saying "the manager had your credit card, and he's on a test drive," 2 minutes later he goes to his desk and pulls my card from his drawer. Things have certainly changed! We have purchases Nissan's for many, many years and have always been quite satisfied with the sale and service. They treated us like family and that We have purchases Nissan's for many, many years and have always been quite satisfied with the sale and service. They treated us like family and that is why we continued to purchase from them and recommend them to family and friends. Our last two purchases however, have caused us to change our opinion and sentiment. The service has become atrocious! The personnel appear inexperienced and neglectful. You can wait for hours only to find out that the work on your car was completed but the staff "forgot" to let you know. Parts are not replaced properly and/or are missing. Ordered parts take forever to arrive and you only find out that they are "in" after making repeated inquiries. Returning your leased vehicle??? bahahaha! After being notified that your lease is up, being told to "just return it to the dealership", and after making arrangements to drop it off, you are told by the sales personnel, after a half hour, that and inspector has to inspect the car at your home and you can't return it until they file a report. Nice! Gone are the days of the great customer service that we have expected from No. Plfd., Nissan. Gone also is a repeat customer. More
