My prior experience were good. My most recent experience in person and via telephone were unsatisfactory. I am still waiting on duplicate receipts to evaluate whether I have paid My most recent experience in person and via telephone were unsatisfactory. I am still waiting on duplicate receipts to evaluate whether I have paid for work that is actually covered by the 10 year warranty that was purchased at the same time I purchased the car. Additionally I am concerned that the troubleshooting fail to evaluate the impact of a non-VW battery being recently installed. The followup when I picked the car up was horrific. This one experience was so poor I will likely not return. More
