Subject: Follow-Up on Your Recent Visit Hi Lisa, Thank you for visiting our service department recently. Our technician conducted the requested diagnostic tests regarding the stalling and no-start issue you've experienced. Based on the results, we recommend replacing the instrument cluster due to a malfunction code associated with the control module. As we discussed earlier today, we weren’t aware of your aftermarket extended warranty, but we’d be more than happy to assist you in obtaining pre-authorization for the recommended repair. I did confirm that any prior vehicle related expenses were maintenance related that would not have been covered by most service contracts. I understand you’ve sought a second opinion from another dealership. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
