Hello Pamella, Thank you for your recent visit to our Volkswagen Service Department. We're sorry to hear that the experience you received from another Volkswagen dealership was less than ideal. We appreciate that you've chosen to service at North Penn VW and look forward to many years of helping you with everything VW! You'll be happy to learn that VW recently revised their substitute transportation policy. We've double our fleet of loaners, and they're now available (first come, first serve) for ALL appointments! When scheduling via online portal, text, email or phone call, just request a service loaner and we'll happily provide one of our latest models for you to drive. There is no daily rental fee, we just ask that you bring the vehicle back in the same condition and replace the gas that you use. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
