The support staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. I did run into a recent issue when my car had some work completed, and when it was returned, I had an oil leak that was not there before. I helpful. I did run into a recent issue when my car had some work completed, and when it was returned, I had an oil leak that was not there before. I called a few days later and was told that it was residual from the work I had done. That was incorrect information and was told to drive around another 300 to 400 miles. It was actually a confirmed oil leak. I drive extensively for work and while on the road, my oil light came on I brought the car back in and the situation was rectified promptly and efficiently. More
