GREAT DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I discovered that my 2023 CX5 with 1,300 miles was leaking oil onto my garage floor. It was too late in the day to call the local dealership to make an appointment, so I de CX5 with 1,300 miles was leaking oil onto my garage floor. It was too late in the day to call the local dealership to make an appointment, so I decided to get up early and arrive at the service department bright & early. I was the first to arrive in the parking lot and pulled into the service department. I DID NOT have an appointment so I was apprehensive on how the Service Advisor would greet me. I started by explaining I needed help due to an oil leak, I don't have an appointment and I need the work done today because I'm scheduled for surgery on Monday. The Service Advisor, Dominic, said no problem we will get you fixed today. The Service Manager, Amanda, was standing nearby and easily heard my discussion. She came over and introduce herself. The SA asked if I was going to wait. I said I could or I would be happy to take their shuttle service. The Manager stepped in and to the SA to make arrangements for a loaner vehicle. The name of the dealership is North Penn Mazda, Colmar, PA. They far exceeded my expectations and provided me with OUTSTANDING service. The Service with this dealership is awesome. They always get me in quickly. I have never had to wait months to get in. They usually have me in within a week to 2 weeks depending on the problem. They always get me in quickly. I have never had to wait months to get in. They usually have me in within a week to 2 weeks depending on the problem. If serious, they have looked at my car that day and fixed or given me a loaner until repairs could be completed. I always know that I am going to get my repairs done correctly. But more importantly, if there is a problem I am not aware of they bring it to my attention with options to address and fix the issue. My car is a Miata and now 10 years old. I would not even consider going to an independent for less money. Because in the end Colmar does such a great job that they end up saving me money. I highly recommend this dealership for service and purchasing a new car. More
