Hi Mani, I'm sorry to hear about your experience here at North Penn Mazda. I was the one you spoke with when you came back with the concern of your starter issue. When we spoke, I asked you to come back and let us have technician team look it over again to make sure we didn't miss something. Our technician looked the car over again and found nothing was wrong with the starter. I would have been more then glad to replace it if they would have said they noticed an issue.
