Pass the buck I purchased a 2017 Certified MX5. The day after I purchased the car I had an issues with the Nav system. I would ask it"Where is the nearest Kohl's" I purchased a 2017 Certified MX5. The day after I purchased the car I had an issues with the Nav system. I would ask it"Where is the nearest Kohl's", it answered "request abandoned" I asked with a sales rep in the car with me, looking at the VW dealership across the parking lot, "Find the nearest VW dealership" the nave told me I needed to "attach a phone that needed to sync with android play, or "input the address" If I knew the address, or needed a my phone to use the Nav system, then I really didn't need to purchase the navigational system. So I question, what exactly is this Nav good for? Without question, certainly not to get to a destination I personally didn't know the address to! This past weekend the Navigational system "got lost", and was directing me to turn on to streets that did not exist,& recalculated about 7 times in 1/2 block. And don't dare ask it to find the nearest Macy's, Bergey's Chevrolet, Tabora Farms, Tiger Schumann..... Basically, the unit is worthless. When I told Brent Freid, he replied, "I'm the new car manager, I don't deal with used cars." My thought is a Mazda MX5 is a Mazda MX5. To tell me to call the used car manager was as far as I'm concerned was simply passing the buck. So I guess when his sales staff sold a 2017 MX5 he was clueless in how the 2017 Mazda MX5 Nav worked. Maybe he was too busy or didn't care to help me, but the his lack of interest was obvious. He wouldn't even look at, or attempt to explore what I was doing. Maybe I was asking the wrong way, maybe I was doing something wrong? I relayed to him, if the Nav keeps asking for a cell phone to find destinations, and the phone needs Android play to sync with NAV, then the car should come equipped the android play. I told Brent, when I purchased the car with Nav, I had certain expectations, that it actually would find a location. He then told me again, "I should call the used car manager, but sometimes this just the way they work and there was nothing that could be done. He did say for sure... if this was the way they worked..... he only sold new cars! I don't find this answers acceptable. When you purchase a car from a dealership, pay ABOVE Kelly Blue Book suggested price, you would expect management to be helpful. Well certainly not with Brent Fried" THE NEW CAR MANAGER" Ps since this was the third time in with this issue, I must say Amanda Young tried to help on my second trip in. She updated the Nav SD card, but it did not solve the issue. So I'll see what the used car manager has to say, either way, what started out as a good experience and being in love with my first convertable, I have been soured by the Nav system and Brent Freid. More

Bummer to have the problem in the first place, but that's a manufacturers problem, at least the dealer fixed it with the least hassle reasonably possible. My one gripe is that they don't provide free inspections for people who buy cars here, unlike the dealer for our other car. More
Diagnosed the problem and waived fees. The battery was not connected properly and therefore the alternator was not charging it. Fast, convenient, friendly staff, and a car wash!! I have been twice to North Penn Mazda Service Center now and was very pleased both times. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And, they washed my car for me! Cost was simply what it is (no deals, but likely a reasonable cost for the service.) Very pleased. More

Done and done I went to get a high mileage oil change. I went in, waited and it was simply done in time and on time.
