I've found other dealerships charge 50% of what the cost was at this dealership and therefore could not recommend using the service department here. More

First Service - 2019 CX-5 I was underwhelmed. My first visit, I though it was a lost opportunity when staff really didn’t do anything to impress me with outstanding service. I was underwhelmed. Being my first time there, I just got directed upstairs to wait. When I got my paperwork, it would have been great for the service advisor to review it with me rather than just hand it to me to review myself. Would appreciate honesty Happy with the service and Wil. Not happy about my tire/rim damaged by the mechanic and a gentleman talking under is breath accusing me of lying. A chunk of the tire was cut on side and the rim had a fresh cut. The car had salt and dirt and the fresh damage to the rim was obvious. The mechanic must have driven over the lift.
