Second time I’ve had to deal with Will and I absolutely WILL NOT be back. He’s short, interruptive and demeaning. Every time I’ve had to speak to him, he acts like I’m incompetent of understanding what he WILL NOT be back. He’s short, interruptive and demeaning. He needs a course in customer service, worst experience I have EVER had with having repairs done, I will be looking for the next closest dealership for when I have an issue that requires them and not a regular garage.
