Blue mazda responded

I was a customer from Faulkner mazda. Their acility was inoperable due to storm. North Penn matched their price for nav card. Greatly appreciated but the person who helped me had to leave unexpectedly. The other service rep was left with everything. I believe the service manager should have assisted him since she approved everything. At Faulkner the service manager is more involved with his team. North Penn is closer but I would travel to Feasterville for the extra service.
