When i scheduled for a 9:30 appt. I should have been told that my car still wouldn’t be done until 6:00. I texted for ETA and was told by end of day but they would let me know. Needed my car so my husband drove me over and they were just finishing it. I received an apology fir the automated responses that were wrong. Ridiculous ….be clear about everything up front. More
