I am driving my 4th Mazda purchased from North Penn Mazda. I’ve had contact with every department there from sales, body shop and rental, parts, and service over the past 23 years and everyone is great Mazda. The service dept under Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Body shop and rental have been excellent to work with over the years and Ken is always great! I’m a Mazda girl for life and will be purchasing my next car from North Penn Imports! More

When I looked to purchase my car the salesman pointed out the cruise control radar feature. Once the cold weather set in and the mornings produced frost on the windshield the cruise control radar stopped wor the cruise control radar feature. Once the cold weather set in and the mornings produced frost on the windshield the cruise control radar stopped working. This is a known problem but yet the salesman chose to leave that detail out. CS agent gave a wrong information about price. Return car the next day because the tyre light came up on dashboard after service which was not showing before, and they couldn’t even wash my car afterwards de the next day because the tyre light came up on dashboard after service which was not showing before, and they couldn’t even wash my car afterwards despite charging so much for oil change and tire rotation.
