Unlike past experiences, this visit was a mess. My car was in for inspection and a window issue. I bought the car here and it was only after I asked about my extended warranty that they realized it would was in for inspection and a window issue. I bought the car here and it was only after I asked about my extended warranty that they realized it would cover close to $1,000 of this visit. Maybe I’m being unrealistic but I would think they should have known this before giving me the list of things that were needed. When I picked up the car, the window still didn’t work. They did give me a loaner and they did cover my warranty deductible, but it took multiple cycles of receiving incorrect parts to finally resolve the issue. And, I know it’s a minor thing but they didn’t even reset the clock or radio. The whole visit seemed to lack in attention to detail. More
