AVP1970, I thank you for the candid feedback about your CX5. The initial repair on your vehicle took 6 weeks due to parts availability but as soon as the parts arrived at our store we had the vehicle repaired and back to you within 2 days. The second repair made to the vehicle was a failed control valve as we now know. We have since repaired the vehicle under warranty and after a lengthy test drive period we have determined there is no further concerns and released the vehicle back to you. The frustration you encountered due to the initial failure and subsequent visit is understandable and your experience is unacceptable. At North Penn Mazda we put our customers first and we do whatever we can to make the situation right for you, which we feel we have done at this time. If there is anything further I can do for you please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I thank you for your business and your patience as we diagnosed and repaired the vehicle to factory specifications during both visits.
