I dropped my car off for inspection and an oil change. I complained of the transmission the exhaust and cruise control. The transmission was reset to learn my style of driving the exhaust system had a lar I complained of the transmission the exhaust and cruise control. The transmission was reset to learn my style of driving the exhaust system had a larger issue; the part is on back order and the cruise control was never addressed. I was told it works however, it does not work. Cruise control continues not to work. I have a video of it not working and would like to submit it as proof. Please follow up so I can submit video. I will continue to reach out to the service department. I work a full time job and not having all issues addressed at one time is extremely inconvenient. I purchased this car used from sussman Mazda in Willow grove, pa. A different dealership from where I had this most recent service. I believe the car was certified pre owned but was never inspected. At time of delivery the car was not detailed, there was one key and drove as if the transmission was never reset. The exhaust was also an issue. Kelly Cunningham, the sales person, told me the dealership did not know how to clean the stains off the seats and the missing key was on me to get. Also, the car had a cargo mat that was missing at time of delivery. Suspicious bc the sales person told me she was on her way to Tennessee to visit her mom who needed a cargo mat for her cx5. At that point the dealership arranged financing and my credit was run. I felt trapped. I also have proof by records of emails going back and forth between myself and Sussman pertaining to the poor experience and I made a call to corporate which was dismissive and devalued my poor experience. I am not impressed with Mazda. Too much competition to purchase this make again. Business practice is poor. Embarrassing. More
