It was nice to walk into a dealership and not feel hounded!! Tim our salesman was very nice and wasn’t pushy, he asked what we’re looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He got us a CX-5 to hounded!! Tim our salesman was very nice and wasn’t pushy, he asked what we’re looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He got us a CX-5 to test drive and said take your time and see what you think and said he would answer any questions we had and when we got back we had a lot of questions!! Tim explained everything thing to us on leasing and purchasing and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision, we knew right then and there we would be getting a car from him!! Tim was awesome and we will be recommending him and North Penn Mazda to our friends and family!! More

My car was scratched while it was there. I was told that you had cameras everywhere and would see how it happened and would receive a call at the latest the following week. We had an oil leak problem. Wil was able to fit us in. The technician found the leak and sent us the video. Wow! What a wonderful tool. He fixed the leak and did a superior job Wil was able to fit us in. The technician found the leak and sent us the video. Wow! What a wonderful tool.
