Found a pre-owned vehicle here rated as a great deal through TRUECar online. I Called and talked to Sales Consultant Trini Ramirez. He went out and inspected the vehicle and I gave him a $500 deposit to through TRUECar online. I Called and talked to Sales Consultant Trini Ramirez. He went out and inspected the vehicle and I gave him a $500 deposit to hold it since I live over 120 miles away. I arrived at the dealership and Trini was professional, courteous, and his knowledge and judgment about the vehicle was excellent, I was grateful I put down the deposit based on his assessment. While on hold trying to talk to a loan officer at my credit union, I ask Finance Mgr. Pablo Serna if he could check with one of his contacts; he had me an approval at almost the exact same rate as my credit union while I was still waiting on hold. This dealership does a lot of things right making my car buying experience actually enjoyable. If you hate going shopping for a vehicle, North Park VW will give you a positive paradigm shift making car shopping a pleasurable experience! I,m 63 yrs. old, and have bought a lot of cars over the years and the car buying experience at North Park VW is superior to all I've ever had. Oh, and did I mention, they actually delivered my vehicle over 120 miles the same day after completing my purchase at 5:00pm! Great team providing quality service at this dealership! More

Astonishing. Spectacular. Wonderous. These are only three words of the many that I could use to describe the etiquette and compassion Claudia used in the service department. Without going into too much detail, I was in a very hard spot that involved me needing a second loaner from this dealership. First of all, amazing customer service from the get-go with Jason. My Passat has been in the shop since may 6 2021 to NO fault of the dealership. Jason went above and beyond to find me a loaner when they weren’t sure I’d be able to get one that day. No hassle loaner the whole time. Second of all, complete transparency, honesty, and guidance through being without a vehicle all summer. I was and still am very pleased with my experience! Juliet was super helpful on the phone with my issue. Steven helped me unload all of my stuff from my car into the next car. What I thought was going to be a super stressful encounter was the complete opposite. Thank you SO much Claudia, Jeremy, Juliet, and Steven! Each moment coming together really just made my day. You have no idea what it means to me! Thank you!!! More
Bought a 2021 Atlas here 2 months ago. Drove in from Austin and picked up the vehicle. Process was ok hence the 2 stars. The problem is that I was assured when the plates came in they would be mailed to Austin and picked up the vehicle. Process was ok hence the 2 stars. The problem is that I was assured when the plates came in they would be mailed to me since I live out of the area. Needless to say after 2 months I called and emailed Matthew Delgado and also reached out to "management". Eventually someone emailed me and said the plates have been there. Nobody bothered to notify my when they came in and they just sat there the whole time. I finally got a call from a "supervisor" and was told they would be mailed out. I also told them my paper tags are expired and need new ones emailed to me so I can print them out. This "supervisor" said he would notify the salesman that helped me, the same salesman that is ignoring my emails and calls, but he assured me he would call or email the tags. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding new paper tags while my plates arrive. What a bad end to a decent experience with these people. As I read the other complaints here I can relate. The dealer forgets about you once the car is sold, emails ignored unless you complain, and no actual supervision or management for customer service going on at North Park Volkswagen. More

If there was something lower than one star that is what this service department would receive. A recall job had to be done on my son’s 2015 Passat. They took over 2 weeks to verify that it was covered and this service department would receive. A recall job had to be done on my son’s 2015 Passat. They took over 2 weeks to verify that it was covered and then an additional 2 weeks to complete the job. They never answered calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. When it was all said and done they then hit him with another problem! It took another week before they decided that it was not a warranty problem and proceeded to give an extremely high estimate. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a detailed complaint More

They not only went out of their way and provided amazing service during the purchase but their Service Dep of purchasing vehicles with NORTH PARK VW! Easiest car buying experience ever I never owned a VW before and I've never been to this dealer before. I came in on a Saturday and the experiance went by with ease. Not pushy at all, very smart on the car (Atlas) and just a nice dude. Not only was the price right, but he helped us set up appointments for the following week to get purchased items installed. Contacting him after the sale was easy and I never felt like I was bothering him. I've owned Fords, Hondas and Kias and this was the best sales experience I've ever had. More
