At first, we were disappointed to find the car we wanted was not available. Our previous experience with another NorthPark dealer was also an issue and we were ready to walk away and look elsewhere. She IS the reason we stayed, and she found us another vehicle that almost mirrored our original choice but was even better with less miles! She walked us through everything, helped us get the best trade in amount for our vehicles and made sure everything on our Lexus was perfect.
