Took my 2019 Atlas in on Wednesday for 3 recalls and a possible wheel bearing problem. I called several times for an update with no response. Now on Saturday we were told the service advisor and his team possible wheel bearing problem. I called several times for an update with no response. Now on Saturday we were told the service advisor and his team are off the weekend and they haven't started on it yet. When I first called for the passenger air bag issue, which seems pretty serious if we have a wreck. I was told they didn't have the parts and had no idea when they would be in, even though I got the notification 3 months ago. Needless to say using 1 car when 2 people have to commute in different directions is pretty inconvenient. I have had other service on another vehicle at the other North Park Buick dealership on San Pedro with excellent service. I was a little shocked this location was so bad More
