They serviced my car after I failed to keep numerous scheduled appointments and then ultimately showed up without an appointment! I was willing to leave my car until they could fix it (which I understood was going to require at LEAST a full day), but they still completed it that same day! Liviu took me home AND then he drove me back to the dealership after my car was ready--which was actually after his workday had ALREADY ended. San Antonio metro area is B-I-G and the complimentary shuttle service is extraordinary! More
