He was very thoughtful to my sad (and urgent) situation and diligently communicated with his supervisor to provide a good deal for us. Bob Hasbrouck (finance) was another person took our financial concerns into serious consideration and found a nice solution for us. We are so grateful to work with both Jaime and Bob. Just one suggestion for North Park Management - It would be wonderful if North Park could set up discounts for educators and health care providers like veterans, first responders. It was available when I purchased my car in other places (TX and FL). Again, thank you so much! More
